Magical walkways

There is something very romantic on a walk. It's as though the landscape architect or city planners envisioned a couple walking through a garden or courtyard or a little kullersten part of the city and so built them their own walk.

From the garden walkways, to modern, elevated walkways, that is a major architectural addition to incorporate in all outdoor setting.

Garden walkways:

A walk in your garden is very magical. It can be as simple as a stone path that passes through it, or it can be a vine-covered archway. A Rustic garden can have only one path clearing with a wooden fence. Garden walkways that lead to something like a bench, a fountain and a pond can give out a secret garden feeling.

Modern outdoor walkways:

To make a more modern look is all you need to do is find a way to make it more sleek. It may mean that bring Flashlights along the handrail, or hanging chisel lamps above. It may mean that sprinkling colored gravel to patterns, or having a pool of water through its centre.

Floating walkways:

Floating walkways can vary from Golden Gate Bridge into a dangling path in the middle of the wood rain forest. The latter can be a wonderful adventurous and exciting way to explore a new place. Some modern office buildings, are temporary, gives space stairs as a free floating feeling.

Glass walkways:

For a chisel feeling, try standing on a glass walkway. These are especially creepy when built into one of the higher floors of a building. Toronto Canada CN Tower has a glass floor which people can step in and look down 1 122 feet! For something a little more fun and creative, try to build a glass walkway in an aquarium where people can go fish tanks.

Romantic walking paths:

Ever walked through the romantic setting streets in a town like Paris? When did you turn the corner and see an old man plays a beautiful vocals on his accordion? It sounds cheesy, but stuff happens all the time in cities such as Paris. So much so that it feels as though the little romantic walkways around the city was built with the intention of people falling in love on them.

When you design an office building, a school or large public outdoor space, it is always a good idea to take a covered outdoor walk in your plans.
